Bradley Montgomery – Executive Chef
Bradley comes to us from The Solana at Cinco Ranch in Katy, Texas, where he served as the Director of Dining since 2009. Prior to his current role, he has served as Executive Chef at some of the finest facilities in the world. Bradley was an Executive Chef at the Dusit Thani Lake View in Cairo, Egypt and Leela Palace Kempinski in Bangalore, India, which are both 5-star international hotels. Before this, he opened Royal Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas as the Executive Chef where he served for 6 years. Prior to Royal Oaks, he was the Executive Chef at the Park Lane Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia and Fresco Restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan. Bradley’s first Executive Chef position was at STARS Café in San Francisco, California. Early in his career, Bradley served as the Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, Hawaii and the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco, California.
Bradley is a graduate with honors of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California and has been a chef for over 20 years. Bradley earned the title Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. He is an acclaimed chef and has won numerous awards and has many certifications including past Board Member of the Professional Chef Association of Houston, Chef Rotisseur in the Conferie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs and Chef Member of the Escoffier Society.
Bradley also excels in member service and at building winning culinary teams, developing quality training programs, successfully operating all aspects of a quality kitchen and creating high levels of member satisfaction. He has tremendous experience in the area of quality food and beverage operations, having successfully managed a $20 million dollar a year food and beverage operation. Bradley lives in Houston with his son Aaron, who is a 15 year old high school sophomore.
