What is the Club intended to provide?
Answer: We strive to provide a family-oriented atmosphere and a level of luxury where people and lifestyle come first.

Who owns the Club?
Answer: Cypress/Raveneaux, LLC.  The Club is managed by SAGE Golf Group Worldwide LLC, a Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida limited liability company.

What are the membership opportunities at the Club?
Answer:  Raveneaux Country Club is a private country club located in Spring, Texas, which is 25 minutes northwest of Houston.  The Club is presently offering a limited number memberships in the following categories:  Full Golf, Individual Golf, Corporate Golf, Junior, Tennis, Individual Tennis, Athletic, Social and Non-Resident Memberships.

How do I become a member?
Answer:  Membership is by invitation.  Persons desirous of being extended an invitation for membership, must complete a Proposal for Membership.  Upon approval, a letter of invitation for membership is extended to join the Club.  A fully completed and signed Membership Agreement and payment in the amount of the required membership deposit must be submitted to the Club.  The agreement and payment should be submitted to the Director of Membership.

What facilities are available to members of the Club?
Answer:  In addition to the Robert Von Hagge championship golf course, the Club offers golf practice facilities, a well-appointed clubhouse and restaurants, twelve lighted tennis courts and junior Olympic swimming pool.  The proposed fitness center and sports pub will begin construction in Spring 2011.

Will I be able to finance my membership?
Answer:  Yes, the Club is currently offering financing for acquiring golf membership in Raveneaux Country Club.  For current terms and conditions, please contact the Director of Membership.

What are the privileges of full golf membership?
Answer:  Membership includes golf, tennis, social, dining, swimming and a new fitness center to be built in 2011.  Full Golf Members may extend the privileges of their Membership to their Immediate Family, which includes the spouse and dependent children under the age of 25.  In addition, monthly dues include unlimited golf car fees, pull trolley fees and practice balls.

What are the privileges of junior membership?
Answer:  Membership includes golf, tennis, social, dining, swimming and a new fitness center to be built in 2011.  Junior Members may extend the privileges of their Membership to their Immediate Family, which includes the spouse and dependent children under the age of 25.  In addition, monthly dues include unlimited golf car fees, pull trolley fees and practice balls.

Answer:  Membership includes tennis, social, dining, swimming and a new fitness center to be built in 2011.  Full Tennis Members may extend the privileges of their Membership to their Immediate Family, which includes the spouse and dependent children under the age of 25.  In addition, monthly dues include golf once per quarter with payment of a family greens fee.

What are the privileges of athletic membership?
Answer:  Membership includes social, dining, swimming and a new fitness center to be built in 2011.  Full Athletic Members may extend the privileges of their Membership to their Immediate Family, which includes the spouse and dependent children under the age of 25.  In addition, monthly dues include golf once per quarter with payment of a family greens fee.

What are the privileges of social membership?
Answer:  Membership includes social and dining.  Social Members may extend the privileges of their Membership to their Immediate Family, which includes the spouse and dependent children under the age of 25.  In addition, monthly dues include golf once per quarter with payment of a family greens fee.

What should a member expect with respect for monthly dues?
Answer:  The monthly dues for full golf membership are $469, which include unlimited golf car fees, pull trolley fees and practice balls.  Please see 2011 Schedule of Membership for all dues and initiation fees.  Dues will be commensurate with dues at other clubs of similar stature and quality in Texas.

What improvements are planned in the future for the Club facilities?
Answer:  We have a world-class fitness center and mixed grille/sports pub planned to start construction in the fall of 2011.

Can a member be assessed to cover any operating deficits or capital improvements?
Answer:  No, members will not be subject to any assessments by the owner for operating deficits or capital improvements.  The owner of the Club will be responsible for any deficits incurred in the operation of the Club and its facilities and the cost for all capital improvements.

Is the membership transferable?
Answer:  Memberships are not transferable and are not sellable.  Memberships are licenses to use the Club Facilities and are neither personal property nor an asset of the Member.  Members shall not transfer, sell, bequeath, assume, auction, or otherwise dispose of the membership.

How easy will it be for me to get a starting time if I am a Member?
Answer:  The starting time reservation system, which will evolve in its sophistication as circumstances dictate, will provide a convenient means of making desired starting times.

May I invite guests to the Club?
Answer:  Having your friends enjoy the Club’s fine facilities with you is an important attribute of membership in the Club.  Therefore, Members are encouraged to invite guests to the Club subject to reasonable rules and regulations adopted by the Club, which may be subject to change.

Who else can use the Club facilities?
Answer:  The Club will permit non-members to use the Club facilities as guests of the Club or as guests of a Member on such terms and conditions as it may determine appropriate.  Starting reservations for Club guests will be restricted as determined by the Club from time to time.
